Previous stints as Vice President II and Zonal Manager, Equitas Small Finance Bank handling their Outreach Banking (Business Correspondent vertical), Channel Head for DST at DBS Cholamandalam and Area Head, Car loans for HDFC BANK managing Kerala & Karnataka states.

Om has around 30+ years of rich experience IT Delivery management and has worked with fortune 500 customers across the globe, involving in engagements with variety of business models. He has extensively worked in the Retail/Logistics, Fintech and Manufacturing domains and executed multiple engagements in Supply chain, POS, General Merchandise, Material Management, PPM, Warehousing, Sales/Distribution, Shipping, ERP and CRMs. His customers include Citibank, Stanchart Bank, Newyork stock exchange-DTCC, Panosonic, Intel, Finserv, Wordlbank etc.

He is currently focused on ensuring a robust cybersecurity measures for data protection, leveraging technology for process efficiency and client satisfaction, and staying abreast of regulatory upgrades to maintain compliance in the service delivery.

Hemalatha is a seasoned HR leader with over 16 years of experience across diverse sectors, including IT, ERP, ITES, manufacturing, educational institutions, and banking & financial services. She holds an MBA in HR and Finance from Madras University. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions to organizations such as Doyensys Oracle Consultant Services, Refex, and HDFC Bank Ltd.
